Director Mike Angove established find your niche to provide a specialist service to the market research, consumer insights and analytics industry.

Our objective is to be your insights and analytics recruitment partner of choice, either as a job seeker or a client looking to work with a recruitment company with an in depth understanding of these highly skilled technical roles.

Mike Angove - Managing Director

Mike is a recruitment professional with over a decade’s experience specialising in Market Research, Consumer Insights and Analytics. After graduating in the early 90s in Psychology and Sports Coaching and Management, Mike moved into Qualitative Market Research and Strategic Planning whilst also managing a part time career as a professional athlete.

On returning from an over seas sojourn competing in 2000, Mike found his way into recruitment. Over the next few years he progressed through various roles before deciding to go out on his own

In 2006 Mike established the find your niche brand and has been building the business and delivering the insights industry ever since.

Personal Statement

I'm passionate about building business success, both my own and those of the organisations we partner with. Recruitment is not a short-term transaction but an integral part of a long-term relationship, fostering career development and business growth for candidates and clients respectively.

As a specialist I pride myself on having my finger on the pulse of the insights industry regularly meeting with clients and people in the field, attending conferences and functions and keeping abreast of the latest developments.

I am passionate about the sector and the people in it and full of admiration for the specialised skills insights professionals use to make a tangible impact on the strategic direction and ultimately the bottom line of the businesses they work for.

As self confessed sports nut my spare moments are spent coming up with new and exhilarating ways to break a sweat – or encouraging my two young sons to do the same.
