We will support you through the whole process, not just up to the point when you start your new job, but over the course of your career, offering guidance and advice where required to help you make career choices that will take you where you want to go.

When you contact us, we will spend time with you finding out about your experience to date and future career aspirations. Ideally this will be a face-to-face meeting, which is the most effective way to establish what you want to do next and to discuss the most relevant market research jobs that we have on our books. It is also an ideal way of getting to know each other better and of making you feel supported in your search for a new job.

We will submit your CV to those companies that you are interested in and will arrange interviews to fit in with your commitments.

When you are offered a role which you accept, we will guide you on remuneration, how to leave your old company and on joining the new one.

We won't put you forward for jobs that your experience is not appropriate for or that you simply are not interested in. We will always fully discuss roles with you (and obtain your permission) before submitting your CV to our clients. We will make sure that you are confident that you know as much as possible about the position and the company before you attend an interview.

We will treat all information about you in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information about you is only passed on to clients with your approval.

We will also help you with coaching for career goals, CV advice on tailoring and writing, we offer interview skills training, we put time into getting to know you as our business is all about you.

Our aim is to have a long-term relationship with you and your career.

We will keep in touch after we place you, we will check in to make sure you are doing ok, if you need advice we are always available for further career guidance on the best way to enhance your career progression.
