To guide the continued success of the company, we are looking for an exceptional senior insight s professional to build and manage a world class Market Research & Customer Insights Centre of Excellence.
Your role will be to strengthen its capabilities to understand customer and market needs, delivered customer experience, new product and channel innovation requirements, and marketing communication effectiveness.
To successfully fulfill this challenging position, you will need to partner with internal clients and external agencies to deliver best of breed actionable insights and decision management advice.
This will directly shape and track corporate and business strategies and change programmes while increasing financial performance, brand and product performance and improving customer satisfaction.
This is not a role where you will manage and maintain the status quo, but will be expected to build on existing research resource with forward thinking programmes which add to the company s insights capability.
To qualify, you must possess:
- A proven track record of delivering actionable commercially-focused insights and decision management advice that have shaped corporate, business and consumer strategy development and execution.
- At least 8 years Marketing/Business experience, with a minimum of 5 years in strategic/senior positions, preferably within Financial Services.
- Post graduate qualifications in Market Research/Customer Insights, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, IT/Database Marketing, or Operations Management
- High literacy in Marketing Science and Advanced Analytics and comprehensive expertise in continuous and customised research methods, with at least 5 years experience in research or insights environment.
- A proven track record at developing and influencing strategic-level client and stakeholders relationships, utilising your outstanding facilitation, influencing, consensus management, and communication skills.
- Outstanding personal leadership and team building performance improvement skills.
